WhatsApp for real estate: from the listing ad to the contract
How real-estate companies use the WhatsApp Business API to take leads from ads, assign them to sales and follow them to contract.
Why WhatsApp is real estate’s first channel
Someone looking for an apartment or a commercial unit wants quick answers and photos, videos and floor plans before any visit. WhatsApp does all of that in one chat, which is why most property ads in Egypt and the Gulf now lead to WhatsApp.
1. Take leads from ads and know where they came from
Click-to-WhatsApp ads on Facebook and Instagram open a chat with your company directly. FASLA CLOUD records the ad each lead came from, so you see which project or ad brings serious buyers.
2. A bot that qualifies leads before sales
- Unit type: residential, commercial, office.
- Area or project.
- Rough budget and payment method (cash / instalments).
- Then a straight handoff to the right salesperson.
3. Assign leads across the sales team
Each lead has one salesperson, and only they reply — so no customer hears two different prices from two people. With several numbers (say one per project), each team works its own number.
4. Follow each lead through the pipeline
You can also set a reminder on the conversation so the salesperson follows up at a given time and does not forget.
- New
- Asked, and nobody has spoken to them yet
- Interested
- We sent details and prices
- Viewing
- A site visit is booked
- Negotiating
- Discussing price and payment plan
- Contracted
- Closed
5. Campaigns for new units
When a new project launches, send an approved-template campaign to customers interested in that area or unit type, rather than the whole list.
Targeted campaigns get more replies and protect your number’s quality.
